Recently, Chauhan gave fans a first peek during a two-day bazaar at Chaatable, her beloved Indian street food eatery. “Chaatable is a very personal story for me and Vivek,” says Chauhan, of her husband Vivek Deora, CEO of Morph Hospitality and her partner in her restaurants. “We wanted it to be a journey for the senses—much like stepping into India for the very first time.” The lively space, outfitted with Bollywood posters, a bangle art wall and festive umbrella light coverings, was the perfect setting for the market. The event took place during brunch hour, offering guests a chance to shop in between stops at the DIY bloody mary bar and bites of saffron french toast. A henna artist was on-hand, adding to the festivities.

The Chopped judge has maximized her time since relocating to Nashville from New York City, launching four restaurants, Chauhan Ale & Masala House, Tànsuŏ, The Mockingbird and Chaatable, in four years. Chauhan chose Nashville for her first restaurant after being invited to visit by developer Moni Advani. She fell in love with Music City instantly, deciding to stay. Chauhan is also the co-owner of Mantra Artisan Ales in Franklin, Tennessee. In addition to her flourishing food and drink ventures and TV appearances, Chauhan has written her own cookbook, Flavors of My World.
At the moment, Chauhan sources most Maneet Curated items from India. “That was my most recent international trip,” she says. “When I go on a trip, I walk around the markets, meeting independent makers and sellers.” Standout items from the bazaar included colorful, embroidered bags donned with pom-poms, oversized statement earrings and highly giftable chai tea sets. “I’m really excited about Maneet’s Chai Party, a custom chai blend I made in collaboration with Chai Box in Atlanta,” Chauhan says. “It was made exclusively for me based on my preferences, including rose petals, cardamom and cloves.”
Maneet Curated can be purchased through social media and at special pop-up events. A dedicated website is coming soon. See more items from Maneet Curated below…
