This Corn Casserole is always a hit! It’s a great side for just about any occasion; backyard barbecues, holidays, family dinners…
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish (or a 9x9" baking pan).
In a large bowl; mix together Jiffy mix, corn, sour cream, and butter until well combined. Then stir in the cheddar.
Pour the mix evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake the casserole for 55 Minutes , or until the top begins to turn a light golden brown.
Let stand for 5 Minutes before serving.
Serve & enjoy!
1 (8 oz.) package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can Cream-style Corn
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 cup Sour Cream
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
