Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy: The quintessential American meal.
My meatloaf recipe is a different take on the classic recipe. It’s so easy to prepare and takes no time at all. Every time I make this, I usually double it because everybody absolutely loves it and goes back for seconds or thirds!

Directions
Whisk together all of the ingredients for the glaze, set aside.
Wash hands thoroughly. In a large bowl, place all ingredients for the meatloaf and combine well with your hands.
Place meat mixture into a loaf pan or baking dish.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the loaf.
Place the loaf in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, take the loaf out of the oven and spread 1/2 of the remaining glaze over the top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Once the internal temperature reaches 155°F (or the inside is no longer pink), remove from the oven and top with the remaining glaze.
