This Macaroni Salad is a staple side for all backyard gatherings and picnics!
Cook the macaroni according to package directions (7-10 minutes).
Once the macaroni is done cooking, drain and immediately rinse under cool water.
In a large bowl add the bell pepper, celery, and onion to the macaroni.
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over macaroni and stir until well combined.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
1 (16 oz.) box of Macaroni
1/2 Red Onion, diced
2 stalks Celery, diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons of Vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Mustard
1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
