This simple but mouthwatering Shrimp Scampi recipe is always a big hit!

Directions
Stir together lemon juice, melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Arrange shrimp in a circular pattern in a small baking dish.
Bake the shrimp until they are opaque and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Shrimp Scampi is commonly served tossed with linguine, but I also love it on top of slices of toasted baguette.
I try to only use fresh ingredients when cooking. Frozen shrimp, once cooked, tend to toughen up so I don't recommend using them in this recipe. But of course they'll do in a pinch.
