

Directions
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish (or a 9x9" baking pan).
In a large bowl; mix together Jiffy mix, corn, sour cream, and butter until well combined. Then stir in the cheddar.
Pour the mix evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake the casserole for 55 Minutes , or until the top begins to turn a light golden brown.
Let stand for 5 Minutes before serving.
