

Directions
Brown the ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat, make sure you ground it up in very small pieces.
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil add all the seasonings and butter. Stir until mixed.
Add the Ground Beef and Rice, return to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
Once the rice is plated, dash with the paprika.
Traditional Dirty Rice is usually made with chicken gizzards and livers. You can certainly use those items, but I prefer to make my Dirty Rice with Ground Beef.
