
Oven Baked Country-Style Ribs

If you don’t have a great recipe for Country Style Ribs, look no further!
These are great because they taste AMAZING and are so easy to prepare. Best of all, there’s no mess and no fuss! Just pop them in the oven, cook on low and viola.
These ribs are sure to melt in your mouth like butter, and to keep friends and family coming back for thirds!

- Yields: 2-4 servings

Directions
Place the onion rings evenly at the bottom of a 10x14" pan.
Combine the water and Liquid Smoke and pour into the bottom of the pan.
Season the ribs generously with Salt and Pepper on all sides.
Arrange the seasoned ribs in a single layer on top of the onions. Cover pan with a tight-fitting lid or aluminum foil.
Bake at 250ºF for 3 hours.
Remove ribs from the oven and and increase oven temperature to 400ºF. Pour out all liquid.
Baste ribs with your favorite Barbecue Sauce and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until sauce is heated through and begins to get a little sticky.
